The innovative project De Castillia 23, carried out by Progetto CMR, where the eco-active materials Active Surfaces® anybody of Flanders Architectural Surfaces with Granitech ventilated façade system were used, won the Award of Excellence 2022 awarded in Chicago on November 10 by the prestigious Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
CTBUH, the world's leading non-profit organization for all those who are interested in the future of cities, awarded the building with the award in the category of buildings up to 100 meters in height, identifying the De Castillia 23 as an example of innovation and avant-garde for both construction technologies and materials used for the architectural envelope, which has made it an urban landmark for the city of Milan.
