Ventilated Facades - Technical Specifications

 

GRANITECH VENTILATED FACADE - CODE GHV


The Granitech GHV ventilated façade ................. is based on the integrated fine porcelain stonewear system ................. including safety netting, insulating blanket and aluminium structure. The structure is made up of profiles and brackets both made from extruded aluminium alloy 6060 in the 6000 series according to UNI EN 573-3, in the physical state T6 according to UNI EN 515. When fixing the uprights to the brackets, care must be taken to ensure that the profile is firmly attached in one point only, leaving freedom of movement in a longitudinal direction in the other fixing points in order to guarantee enough space for the effect of heat dilations of the aluminium. The safety of the whole system must be guaranteed by relevant checks in accordance with the standards in force (Technical standards for constructions - Italian Ministerial decree 14.09.05).

In particular, the GHV system is composed of:

  • Porcelain stonewear slabs .............. with dimension .... x .... with finish .............. (Indicate the technical features of the type of the chosen slab) laid ............... with a continuous vertical space;

  • "T" section black painted uprights with the surface of the core provided with longitudinal projections for coupling with the fixing brackets;

  • "L" section anchoring brackets with longitudinal projections and equipped with a spring created by bending the bracket itself;

  • Thermal spacer made of shaped polypropylene, to be placed between the anchoring bracket and the wall of the building;

  • Stainless steel A4/A2 mechanical anchoring plugs or chemical anchoring agent;

  • Stainless steel rivets for fixing the uprights to the brackets;

  • Painted stainless steel rivets for fixing the plates to the uprights;

  • Black painted stainless steel plate complete with disassemblable clips individually painted in the same colour as the slabs and gaskets; between the hooks an injection of high-density polyethylene is provided to ensure that the horizontal space measuring 6 mm stays constant.

  • "L" section anchoring brackets with longitudinal projections and equipped with a spring created by bending the bracket itself;

  • Thermal spacer made of shaped polypropylene, to be placed between the anchoring bracket and the wall of the building;

  • Anchoring plugs suitable for the support;

  • Painted "C" section crosspieces;

  • Stainless steel rivets for fixing the uprights to the brackets;

  • Painted stainless steel rivets for fixing the crosspieces to the uprights;

  • Concealed slab anchoring accessories complete with gasket, controlled-expansion mechanical plugs and truncated taper holes in the slabs.
